Hi parents! I’m Heather — a wife, mom of two boys, longtime elementary school teacher, and ISR instructor serving families across Columbus, Phenix City, Auburn, and beyond. I teach from my home pool, a calm, child‑centered space where safety, trust, and encouragement guide every lesson. With 20 plus years of experience supporting young learners, I know how important it is to honor your child’s social‑emotional development as they build new skills. My approach blends gentle guidance, clear communication, and proven ISR techniques to help each swimmer feel capable, confident, and understood.
